In the first stage of an investment project, the client has decisive voice. The role of the project team is to understand the of the client's internal production and logistics processes and as well as advising on the design of the facility space and technologies affecting the optimization of future operating costs operation. The goal of the first stage is to create a conceptual design of the investment taking into account a range of customer requirements, in particular with regard to:

• optimization of the production process
• optimize the use of storage space
• adaptation of the space to the technical conditions of the activities carried out
• optimization of functional social and office space
• optimization of external communications and landscaping

In the second stage of the investment project, a contract is concluded with the client, the project team executes the construction project on the basis of the conceptual design approved by the client, and prepares the construction work front.

In the third stage of the investment project, specialized contractors carry out the construction process. The project team focuses on controlling the implementation of each stage of construction and the entire construction process culminates in obtaining an occupancy permit for the facility.

In the fourth stage, the facility is handed over to the client. The project team trains the client's employees in the operation of any technical equipment installed in the facility.
During the term of the contract with the client, an individual supervisor is appointed within the structure of BTS Development, responsible for customer service in particular:

• removal of defects and faults
• building inspection in accordance with applicable laws and regulations
• implementation of service reviews
• Implementation of facility upgrades in the event of customer desire
