BTS Development at the Poland & CEE Retail Summit 2026 – Discussions on Modern Commercial Spaces

On April 14–15, 2026, the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel & Conference Centre in Warsaw hosted the 17th edition of the Poland & CEE Retail Summit – one of the most important events for the retail, FMCG, e-commerce, and modern supply chain sectors in Central and Eastern Europe.

For BTS Development, participating in the event was an opportunity to speak with representatives from various industries about the availability of warehouse, manufacturing, and logistics space in western Poland. During the meetings, we discussed the needs of companies seeking modern infrastructure to support logistics, manufacturing, e-commerce, and operational growth. Our portfolio includes spaces located in Świebodzin, Zielona Góra, and Poznań, among other locations—regions of significant importance for business, transportation, and supply chain management.

Another key element of these discussions was the offering of the entire KOIMEX Capital Group.
