The construction of modern warehouse facilities by BTS Development in western Poland is entering its decisive phase. Both BTS Park Świebodzin VI and BTS Park Zielona Góra I have reached a very advanced stage of construction, confirming that as early as September 2026, the new warehouse, manufacturing, and service spaces will be handed over to the first tenants.

Both projects address the growing demand from companies seeking modern warehouses for rent in western Poland. Thanks to their location near the A2 highway, the S3 expressway, and their relatively short distance from the German border, BTS Development’s facilities represent an attractive option for logistics companies as well as manufacturing, retail, and service firms expanding their operations in Europe.

BTS Park Świebodzin VI – the project has entered its final stage of construction

Construction of BTS Park Świebodzin VI is already 82% complete. This means that the vast majority of structural work has been completed, and work is now primarily focused on installation and finishing to prepare the facility for technical acceptance.

In recent weeks, all industrial flooring—one of the most important elements of a modern warehouse—has been installed. The installation of all skylights and roofing work has also been completed, ensuring the building is fully weatherproof and allowing interior work to proceed regardless of weather conditions.

Inside the warehouse, doors are currently being installed, and work on technical systems is continuing. Water, gas, and fire protection systems—including the sprinkler system—are already approximately 80% complete. The next phase will involve installing the electrical system and performing the final commissioning of all technical systems.

At the same time, intensive work is underway on site development. Sidewalks are already approximately 90% complete, while paved areas, retaining walls, and railings have been fully completed. The remaining work primarily involves water and sewer systems and the installation of outdoor lighting, which will complete the infrastructure work around the facility.

This high level of progress confirms that the project is in the final stretch before being put into operation. Upon completion, BTS Park Świebodzin VI will offer businesses modern warehouse space suited for logistics operations as well as light manufacturing and services.

BTS Park Zielona Góra I – Final Work Before Acceptance

Construction of BTS Park Zielona Góra I is even further along, with the project’s completion rate already reaching 93%.

All industrial flooring and all external and internal systems have been completed at the facility. Work is currently underway to connect the main power supply to the building, which is one of the final stages in preparing the project for technical acceptance.

At the same time, finishing work is underway in the staff and office areas. Drywall walls are being erected, ceramic tile cladding is being installed, doors are being fitted, and interior finishing elements are being finalized. Once this work is complete, only minor cosmetic work will remain, along with preparing the building for handover to its future occupants.

This high level of progress means that the project is practically in its final phase of completion. In the coming weeks, the main focus will be on system testing, technical acceptance inspections, and final preparations to enable tenants to begin operations.

Modern warehouse spaces ready as early as September

The September completion of the projects in Świebodzin and Zielona Góra will mark another important milestone in the development of BTS Development and the modern warehouse market in the Lubuskie Province.

Both facilities were designed with companies in mind that are seeking flexible warehouse, manufacturing, and service spaces. Thanks to the ability to customize modules to tenants’ individual needs, the facilities can be used by logistics operators as well as companies engaged in manufacturing, assembly, e-commerce, or distribution.
