BTS Park Gorzów – a new development along the S3

BTS Park Gorzów will be designed as a modern warehouse and production facility with a height of 10 meters. This height allows for the efficient use of the building’s volume, optimized storage, and adaptation of the space to various operational models.
The design also includes an optimal column grid, tailored to the needs of the logistics and manufacturing industries. This is a key element for the subsequent layout of the space. It facilitates the planning of racking, walkways, order-picking zones, production lines, and operational areas.

Modules with employee facilities
Each of the four modules has been designed with space reserved for employee facilities covering an area of 144 m². This allows tenants to conveniently organize facilities for their employees while maintaining the functional layout of the primary warehouse and production space.

The BTS Park Gorzów project includes an extensive cargo handling infrastructure, comprising approximately 40 loading docks and “ground-level” doors.
This solution will enable efficient handling of both truck transport and deliveries made by smaller vehicles. The loading docks will streamline daily cargo handling operations, while the “level 0” gates will provide additional flexibility when handling goods, machinery, delivery vehicles, or non-standard loads.
The combination of loading docks and “ground-level” gates increases the hall’s functionality and allows the handling of goods to be tailored to the tenant’s specific business needs—from warehousing and distribution to production, order fulfillment, and e-commerce operations.
