We have just witnessed a unique and symbolic moment in the history of the BTS Park Zielona Góra project—a development led by BTS Development, the brand responsible for real estate commercialization within the KOIMEX Capital Group.

The ceremonial laying of the cornerstone took place with the participation of representatives of the investor, the general contractor MBT, the authorities of the Lubuskie Province, the city, the municipality, and institutions supporting the region’s economic development. The event was an opportunity not only to highlight the significance of the investment itself, but also to discuss the future of Zielona Góra, the municipality, the entire Lubuskie Province, and the role of Polish capital in the development of modern warehouse and service infrastructure.

During the speeches, the importance of the investment for the region’s economic development, increasing the investment attractiveness of Zielona Góra and its surroundings, and building modern facilities for companies seeking warehouse, service, and production space in western Poland was emphasized.

Following the speeches came one of the event’s most significant moments—the signing of the cornerstone document by the invited guests. The document was then ceremonially placed in the foundation of the warehouse and service facility under construction, symbolically marking the start of the next phase of the BTS Park Zielona Góra project.

After the official portion concluded, event participants continued business and social discussions regarding the development of the municipality, the city, and the entire region. Discussions focused on Zielona Góra’s potential as an investor-friendly location, the importance of well-prepared investment sites, proximity to key transportation routes, and the role of modern warehouse and service facilities in attracting new companies.

It was repeatedly emphasized during the discussions that such investments are important not only for entrepreneurs but also for the local community. New projects increase the region’s attractiveness, strengthen its economic position, and can create additional professional development opportunities for future employees.

The meeting participants also commended the consistent investment activities of the Management Board of the KOIMEX Capital Group—a company based entirely on Polish capital that develops projects in strategic locations across western Poland, including Zielona Góra, Świebodzin, Poznań, and Gorzów Wielkopolski.
