Construction of BTS Park Zielona Góra I is entering another important stage. Installation of prefabricated columns is currently underway on site — 46 out of 108 elements have already been installed, and this stage is scheduled to be completed by the end of next week. The investment will then move into the next phase — the installation of girders, scheduled to begin on April 15.

Delivering the investment involves not only construction progress but also ongoing coordination of activities on site. The process is accompanied by regular meetings and consultations with the MBT contractor, which allow the following stages to proceed smoothly and keep the schedule on track.

Ultimately, BTS Park Zielona Góra I will be a modern warehouse, production and service facility with a total area of 10,000 m², which can be divided into 4 modules ranging from 850 m² to 3,330 m². The investment is being built in the Zielona Góra agglomeration, around 15 km from the S3 expressway, providing excellent conditions for logistics, warehousing and production activities. Construction is scheduled to be completed in Q2 2026.

This marks another important step in the implementation of BTS Development’s investments in western Poland — a project designed for companies seeking modern, flexible and well-connected space for logistics, production and distribution.
