Construction Update: BTS Park Świebodzin VI and BTS Park Zielona Góra I in the Final Stages
Two key BTS Development projects in western Poland are entering the final phase of construction. At BTS Park Świebodzin VI, construction has already reached 93% completion, while BTS Park Zielona Góra I is 98% complete.
After months of intensive construction work, the remaining tasks at both locations consist primarily of installation, finishing, and cleanup work. This marks the final stage of these projects, which will increase the availability of modern warehouse, logistics, service, and manufacturing space in western Poland.
BTS Park Świebodzin VI – 93% complete
Construction of BTS Park Świebodzin VI, comprising approximately 24,000 m² of modern warehouse and manufacturing space, has reached 93% completion. The building’s structure is practically complete, and current efforts are focused on final technical and finishing work.
Work on the facade has been fully completed. On the roof, sealing of all roof penetrations is underway, along with final work on flashings, particularly at the junctions between the roof and walls.
Outside, adjustments to the utility manholes are currently underway. This work is scheduled to be completed by the beginning of next week. Also remaining to be completed are the site fencing and final cleanup of the construction site.
At the same time, work inside the hall is nearing completion. The sprinkler and electrical systems are being finalized. This week, the smoke exhaust system was completed and commissioning tests were conducted.
This means that the project is now transitioning from the main construction phase to the stage of preparing the facility for acceptance and use.
The occupancy permit for BTS Park Świebodzin VI is expected by the end of September 2026.

BTS Park Zielona Góra I – Already 98% Complete
BTS Park Zielona Góra I is even closer to completion. The project is already 98% complete, so the work currently underway is of a final nature.
The building’s facade has been fully completed. Final work is underway on electrical installations, the installation of railings and fencing, and the completion of gas and electrical connections.
Inside the facility, the main construction and installation work has already been completed. The facility is thus entering the final stage of preparation for acceptance inspections.
BTS Park Zielona Góra I offers approximately 10,000 m² of modern warehouse and production space, which, thanks to its modular design, can meet the needs of businesses of various sizes.

Two projects, one direction—western Poland
The completion of the projects in Świebodzin and Zielona Góra marks the next stage in the implementation of BTS Development’s strategy, which focuses on the development of warehouse, logistics, service, and manufacturing facilities in western Poland.
The locations were selected with businesses in mind for whom access to key transportation corridors is essential. Of particular importance here are the A2 highway and the S3 expressway, which ensure efficient connectivity with the rest of Poland, the German border, and the Szczecin–Świnoujście corridor.
Świebodzin, situated at the intersection of the A2 and S3, is particularly attractive for logistics, distribution, and companies operating in the Polish and European markets. Zielona Góra, thanks to its access to the S3, can meet the needs of both logistics firms and companies engaged in service and manufacturing activities.

This is not the end of investments in Świebodzin and Zielona Góra
The completion of current projects does not mark the end of BTS Development’s expansion in both locations. Both Świebodzin and Zielona Góra are part of BTS Development’s long-term plan to expand its warehouse and manufacturing portfolio in western Poland.
In Świebodzin, in addition to the currently nearing-completion BTS Park Świebodzin VI, with an area of approximately 24,000 m², the construction of two more facilities is planned. This signifies further development of the location, which is situated in the immediate vicinity of two key transportation corridors—the A2 highway and the S3 expressway.
A similar development path is planned for Zielona Góra. Following the completion of the current BTS Park Zielona Góra I project, the construction of two additional warehouses is planned, which will increase the availability of modern space for companies in the logistics, manufacturing, services, and distribution sectors.
At the same time, BTS Development is advancing additional projects in Gorzów Wielkopolski and Poznań, consistently building a network of locations along the most important transportation routes in western Poland.
