On November 6, 2025, at the headquarters of Koimex Transport i Spedycja, a contract was signed for the comprehensive construction of a production, warehouse and service hall together with the logistics park infrastructure of BTS Park Świebodzin VI (Stage I).

The general contractor for the investment is Dekpol Budownictwo.

This is another project carried out by BTS Development, a brand belonging to the KOIMEX S.A. Capital Group, which continues to consistently expand modern warehouse and production space in western Poland.

The signing of the contract formally begins the execution phase of the investment and marks an important step in the further expansion of the BTS Park Świebodzin complex.

Framework Implementation Schedule

According to the adopted plan, the investment will proceed through the following stages:

Handover of the construction site and start of construction works

April 2026
Achieving initial watertightness of the hall

June 2026
Completion of construction works

July 2026
Obtaining the occupancy permit
