On January 12, 2026, a contract was signed for the comprehensive construction of a production, warehouse and service hall together with the infrastructure of the BTS Park Zielona Góra I logistics park. MBT Modern Building Team Sp. z o.o. was appointed as the general contractor for the investment.

The project is being carried out by BTS Development — a brand of the KOIMEX S.A. capital group. The investment is being built in the town of Płoty, in the immediate vicinity of Zielona Góra, providing convenient transport and logistics connections for future tenants.

On January 14, 2026, the construction site was officially handed over and work on the project began.
