Construction of the BTS Park Świebodzin VI warehouse and production hall is entering another important stage. On March 23, 2026, the installation of structural girders was completed, meaning the investment is steadily moving into the next phases of construction work.

Several key areas of work are currently underway simultaneously on the construction site. Installation of bracing and the steel substructure is ongoing, and roofing works have also begun. Installation of trapezoidal sheeting is being carried out first, followed by the remaining roof layers: vapour barrier, PIR panels and membrane. According to schedule, this stage will take around 3–4 weeks.

Earthworks related to external infrastructure are also being carried out in parallel. Works on external utility networks, including stormwater and sanitary sewage systems, are underway on site. This is an important element in preparing the facility for further stages of construction and the future operation of the whole park.

In around 3–4 weeks, the next stage of work is planned to begin, involving the installation of sandwich panels on the façade. This means the investment will soon start to take on its final shape visually as well, making progress even more noticeable.

It is also worth noting the flexibility of the general contractor — DEKPOL Budownictwo — which allows the second stage of the investment to be carried out at the same time. Thanks to efficient work organisation and good coordination, it is possible to carry out activities in several areas in parallel, helping to maintain a high pace for the whole project.

The total size of the BTS Park Świebodzin VI investment is nearly 24,000 m² of modern warehouse and production space. The project strengthens the potential of western Poland as an attractive business location, offering flexible and functional space for companies in the logistics, production and distribution sectors.
