Construction of BTS Park Świebodzin VI is entering another important stage. This week, the installation of the hall’s structural columns — one of the key load-bearing elements of the entire building — is being completed.

In total, the hall will feature 91 structural columns, forming the foundation for further construction work. Their installation allows the next stage of the investment to begin — the installation of structural girders, which will be the main element supporting the building’s roof.

The next step on the construction site will be the installation of structural girders, which is planned to take around three weeks. Thanks to favourable weather conditions, work is progressing efficiently, allowing a very good pace of implementation to be maintained and steadily bringing the project closer to its next milestones.

Flexible space for business

Stage I of the investment involves the construction of a modern warehouse and production hall with an area of 11,176 m². The facility has been designed with a flexible modular layout, allowing the space to be adapted to the needs of different tenants.

Modules ranging from 1,150 m² to 2,300 m² will be available, allowing the space to be tailored for logistics, production and distribution companies alike.
