Steel halls – characteristics

The base of the hall consists of columns made of steel, roof transoms and cladding. The finishing of the walls and roofs consists of sandwich panels or, less frequently, steel sheets. Thanks to such a solution, the structure is resistant to weathering. Prefabricated elements needed for the construction of a steel hall are delivered to the particular site where the hall is to be built. On the pre-prepared foundations the construction team brings the hall. As a result, the entire structure can be erected in a much shorter time than in the case of a masonry building. The parts used in the construction of the hall are of one type, so the object can be easily expanded. Demolition is also possible without damaging the skeleton of the structure.

Steel halls have a very large construction capacity even for the most demanding investors. As a result, they can meet the restrictions on a certain area, space planning, loads, technological requirements. Universal specificity and the possibility of different adaptation, mean that a change of use will not be a problem. How is a steel hall built?

The entire process of building a hall consists of four stages. In the first stage, we deal with collecting the necessary documentation and starting the design of the hall. We support our clients throughout the process of completing approvals and permits. Then we provide the client with the design documentation. Subsequently – after obtaining a building permit – we proceed to the next stage of the project.

The second stage is the fabrication of the elements from which the hall will be built. Thanks to innovative technologies, we can design and manufacture robust prefabricated elements, optimized for steel. In addition, we know the importance of corrosion protection combining durability with aesthetics. We cover the structure with paint coatings or galvanize selected elements such as the roof.

In turn, in the third stage, we deal with the assembly of the hall from previously prepared components. However, prior to this process, we carry out earthworks and prepare the area for the pouring of foundations and for the installation of foundation beams.Then we fix the hall structure and connect the components with screws.

The final focus is on finishing and installation work. These involve installing and commissioning exterior and interior installations, pouring and smoothing the concrete floor, and taking care of the space in front of the finished building.

Halls for rent

A hall for rent is an excellent option for people who do not want to invest too much money to start or tie themselves to long-term commitments. When you rent a hall, you incur a lower investment cost consisting of monthly rent and additional fees. All repairs and maintenance are also on our side. Each warehouse for rent, as well as other facilities, is a contract from 5 years with the possibility of renewal.

The rent rate remains constant throughout the term of the contract. In addition, the settlement of rent and operating costs, are always transparent. This ensures that you do not risk a large amount of capital in the event of a change of concept. Types of steel hall structures
